Frequently Asked Questions
Here you will find a number of the more commonly asked questions and answers to those questions
Question:
There has been some controversy about Sodium Lauryl Ether Sufate (SLES) and its use in detergents. Information found on the Internet states that it is harmful, so why is it used in detergents?
Answer:
Proven evidence shows that Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate is not the bad actor it is purported to be. The internet is a useful place to obtain information, but unfortunately it is also a source of misinformation and propaganda. There are several internet stories about SLES that are anecdotal and unsubstantiated. Usually there is a sales pitch for the writer’s product, which of course, does not contain SLES.
